Description
We are seeking a Training Specialist to be responsible for development and delivery of our internal/external product training. The successful candidate must be able to perform in a fast paced environment and be a self-starter. An understanding of basic training development principles, skills/gap analysis, adult learning methodology, and corporate training is a must. The Training Specialist will provide technical training development expertise to the organization and serve as lead delivery specialist for our customers and internal technical personnel. Positions are available in both of our Dallas, TX and Fort Myers, FL locations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Development and delivery of internal and external product training
Work with cross functional teams that include Product Management, Software Development, Network Operations, Implementations, and Customer Service to establish technical training objectives and timelines.
This position will also be the lead delivery specialist for technical training to our customers and internal NOC and implementation personnel

Requirements
Be able to perform in a fast-paced environment, and be a self-starter
Have an understanding of basic training development principles, skills/gap analysis, adult learning methodology, and corporate training
Have four or more years of corporate training development and delivery
Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to assimilate new technology into learning materials
Be able to work directly with customers, vendors, and partners to understand training needs
Be able to develop and conduct training for both customers and internal employees
Have a background in networking and server installation and configuration
Knowledge of wireless messaging infrastructure is preferred
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be proficient in MS Office products
Have a professional appearance and stong public speaking skills

Preferred Skills and Education:

Bachelor’s degree Training Development, Corporate Training and/or equivalent work experience in a related field is preferred.
Must be willing to travel up to 50%
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
