Raising IT’s Maturity  - A Game the Whole Enterprise Can Play

Many IT organizations are at an inflection point where IT has earned the performance credibility to influence and accelerate strategic application of technology at the enterprise level.  It is a transformational state, with many interdependent and concurrent change streams.

The changes necessary to achieve an enterprise IT maturity beyond this tipping point require the enterprise itself to adapt and mature, and to engage IT not as an arm’s-length service partner but as a fully integrated part of the business.

These are heights the CIO can only influence, not control, as they involve changes that go beyond service management — to enterprise strategy, planning, governance, architecture, program management, financial and risk management, and digital business appetite (to name just a few).

This event, facilitated by Jose Ruggero, MVP, Gartner, will focus on how our guest CIOs are responding to this inflection point and their plans for moving their IT organizations well beyond this maturity level to one of a true differentiating source of enterprise enablement.

CIO Panel:

  • James Sampel, CIO Alico, Inc.
  • Andrew Hunter, CIO Lee County
  • Carl Stringer, VP IT & Employee Benefits, US Sugar
  • Dave Massey, CIO Bealls
  • Shawn Buskey, CIO Arthrex
  • Kevin Barnhill, CTO, Smart Companies

Register now at www.swfrtp.org.  The event is free to SWFRTP members and $25 for future members.
