Charlotte County Building Construction Services in conjunction with the Economic Development Office would like to invite you to participate in its first Southwest Florida Green Futures Expo and Energy Options Conference for a Brighter Southwest Florida. The event will be held on November 1st and 2nd at the Charlotte Harbor Event and Conference Center located at the edge of the Charlotte Harbor waterfront in one of the South's secret gems, beautiful Punta Gorda, FL. Your participation and/or sponsorship are important to ensure its success.
The Green Futures Expo is a tradeshow designed to highlight the products and services that will benefit consumers and business for a future of green living. Our goal is to bring together many diverse organizations to show potential homeowners, business leaders, builders, and community organizations not only the potential environmental savings from building and living green, but also the substantial dollar savings that can be attained by modifying how we live.
The Energy Options Conference for a Brighter Southwest Florida Future will bring to the area representatives from major companies and organizations in the alternative energy industry. The Conference will provide the venue for participants to discuss the future of the industry, as well as current issues, policies, and market strategies in several panel discussions. Given the importance and timeliness of the Conference, it promises to bring business leaders and economic development professionals from not only around the Southwest Florida region, but from parts of the United States and Europe.
In addition to helping promote Charlotte County's initiatives to bring environmentally friendly enterprises and industry to the area, your participation in this 2-day event will benefit your own business from increased exposure and brand recognition through our website www.CharlotteCountyFL.com, and through print and television advertising. Your organization will have the opportunity to support educational efforts benefiting the citizenry, as the region and the state move toward a green and brighter future.
With your organization's name and logo in our program guide, attendees will have the necessary information to use your company's resources and product offerings which will assist them in building up or updating their lifestyle to a greener, more sustainable future. To accommodate your various marketing approaches, there are a variety of participatory/sponsorship levels from which to choose. Please reference the additional links on the left for exhibitor registration and sponsor sheet forms.
The deadline for registration and sponsorship agreements for the Southwest Florida Green Futures Expo and Energy Options Conference is September 30, 2009.
