Technology Skills Gap Survey and Certifications

Career Source Southwest Florida has recently been awarded a grant to identify gaps in technology-related certifications and provide technology-related training and testing in our area.

The Southwest Florida Regional Technology Partnership and CareerSource Southwest Florida request your input in the following Information Technology Skills Gap Survey, here. Your participation in this survey will help us identify which technology related certifications to offer through the grant. The certifications will be offered in 2018 and will be available to workers in Southwest Florida. This survey is designed for working professionals who are not involved with education.

Please take a few minutes to complete this survey: Information Technology Skills Gap Survey by clicking here. The answers you provide will help determine which certification classes are offered through this grant. For questions 3 - 6, you need only provide feedback for those areas that apply to your company. Professionals like you hold the information critical to this grant's success. Remember to provide your contact information, because you and/or your employees could be some of the beneficiaries of this grant.

Please share this survey with co-workers and others who can assist us in collecting this data. The more good data we can collect, the better training CSSF can provide. Completion of this survey does not guarantee access to financing to survey participants.

For questions regarding the grant and funding of IT related training, please contact Peg Elmore, CareerSource Southwest Florida Director of Business Services at

If you have any questions regarding the survey, please contact Tina LaFreniere, Southwest Florida Regional Tech Partnership Administrator at
