Andrew Cooper serves as the Director of Information Technology and Security Operations for NCH Healthcare System. The organizational authority on information security, Andrew was hired to build upon an existing security program. Andrew works with senior management to identify risks and mitigate them in accordance with security standards and known best practices. Prior to joining NCH, Andrew held security and technology positions at Regional One Health, Ozarks Medical Center and First State Bank Nebraska. Andrew received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Doane College and a master’s in information systems security from Bellevue University. Andrew is a Certified Information System Security Professional, Certified HIPAA Professional and a Certified Security Compliance Specialist.

Graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Technology. A native of Northwest Indiana, Gregory moved to Naples FL in 2008 to escape the horrible winters of NWI and live out his Jimmy Buffet fantasy.CEO of Cybersecurity Defense Solutions based out of Fort Myers, FL providing expert Cybersecurity consulting, training, and products to the SMB and Mid-Enterprise Market. Debra serves as the Market Information Systems Director and FISO and Leads IT security, driving the IT security strategy and implementation forward while protecting the system from security threats and cyber-hacking. Responsible for managing enterprise information security policy and strategy. Oversees the development, implementation, and enforcement of information security standards and procedures. Provide oversight of the IT infrastructure, provisioning, planning, installation and operation. Tasks include managing the system hardware, operating systems, software, and procedures that adhere to Company values and goals. The overall role is to enable partners and staff to have effective workflows and better patient outcomes and creating and implementing a strategy for the deployment of information security technologies. Debra has worked for CHS for 13 years in many capacities including QA, Release Management and Corporate Trainer prior to transferring to Physicians Regional Healthcare System.
